Certificate
Quality Alliance International issues a certificate of compliance to the product that meets specifications as described on the testing criteria in order to meet Canadian requirements for NHPs. Such products must also be manufactured by qualified manufacturers. Certificates are accessible through the website by entering a 6 digit certification number in our search engine, available at left hand side if this page. You may find the name of a particular certified product by browsing Certified Products list.
Products that meet our testing criteria will receive a certificate. Our inquiries are more than basic requirement as set by NHPD. For example, sport supplements are subject to unauthorized component testing.
QA (Quality Alliance) Certified Hologram Stickers
Certified products are identified by a silver hologram sticker. The sticker indicates that at least one lot of the product has been tested against comprehensive inquiries and conforms to pre-established criteria. The certificate also preposes to confirm that the product is manufactured by qualified manufacturer(s).
Terms and conditions
The Product License Holder agrees to authorize Quality Alliance International to disclose test results and manufacturer credentials to the public. Quality Alliance International further agrees to not disclose any confidential information as clearly addressed by Product License Holder in writing, to unauthorized person(s).
Quality Alliance International provides quality of services but does not warrant the acceptance of any submission, licence or any regulatory affair task that requires other parties' assessment and approval. Quality Alliance International is NOT responsible for any consequences due to the safety, efficacy or quality of the products formulated, submitted or assessed. Quality Alliance International shall not be liable for any damages or costs arising out of or in any way connected with any of the companies, products (including certified products), services, or publications provided by companies involved through this program.
