Consumer Rights

Quality is a key element in the peculiarities of consumer's choice across the markets. Multiple quality characteristics are usually hidden from consumer's sight.

Consumers often times collect the information they need from health care practitioners, ads, recommendations, or through websites on the internet. Either way, quality remains hidden because laboratory analysis intended to reveal the quality is usually considered as internal evidence. What consumers receive is general information along with colorful advertisements therefore many people consider "brand" as the quality of natural health products or dietary supplements.

Consumers are willing to be educated in respect to what they really need to know about the products and their quality aspects that make them different from each other.

An independent laboratory analysis uncovers many aspects of product quality for consumers. On the other hand a third party assessor clarifies manufacturer's credentials independent from images generated by media and advertisement agencies.

End Point Testing

The QA certification program is based on "end-point testing" or off-the shelf testing. Our agencies purchase products right from the shelf in the region where the product is currently commercialized.

Assessment of Manufacturer's Credentials

Since end-point (off-the-shelf) testing relies on limited sampling, GMP plays an important role to assure consistent approach to the safety, efficacy and quality of products. To assure this consistency, we also review the manufacturer's credentials in addition to the product's laboratory analysis. The qualifications of international manufacturers would be assessed against their official sets of regulations.

Samples would be tested by our partner laboratories. Laboratories involved in the QA certified program are licenced and credited by US, Canadian or European authorities for testing pharmaceutical and natural health products.

The name of each laboratory along with test methods and standard limits would be listed for each test title.

We test Natural Health Products against their specifications as outlined in the Evidence for Quality of Finished Natural Health Products

A natural health product must meet certain criteria in order to be qualified for certification. Our testing criteria cover all NHPD required specification.
