Consumers are exposed to information about a given product via different means such as TV, radio, marketing materials, brochures from resorts, electronic ads from search engines and marketing websites among others. Given the majority of consumer's concerns and needs, "Quality" is yet the central target of marketing strategies, and it remains so even after the advent of worldwide media competitions.
